黄大仙庙 is a must to visit if u come to Hong Kong. Well pple say黄大仙有救必应. A little small tip when you visit, temple/church/mosque or any religious places, do check out for inhouse rules and regulation. Some places dont allow phototaking.
Overall, Im quite impressed with the temple. Scolding of foul languages are not allowed in the temple according to the rules, pls also dress properly when stepping into the temple.
Most Taoist temple, will worshiped Kong Zi, as Taoist basic believe is 仁 which is the same believe as Kong Zi.
MTR Station!!!
Day 3 of our trip, DisneyLand. Took a long MTR ride, luckily there is no much queue at the ticket counter. After Disneyland, HB say our next holiday destination will be Universal Studio.
We spend the whole of Day 2 shopping. I met up with my friend in Hong Kong, Tracy, at abt 1230pm, we end our day close to 1130pm. Eating and spending is on the top agenda!!! Tracy show us ard on good place for shopping and dinning.
Yau Ma Tei is the nearest MTR station to our hotel, its just less than 5 mins walk.
Woman Street. Bargaining is nvr my favourite when it come to shopping. Tt why BKK shopping nvr interest me.

At night we went to Avenue of Star
According to Tracy, this used to be a tram station but had stop operation. This Big clock is here for remembrance.
Our flight were 8am in the morning, check in at 6am, Dad came to fetch us to the airport at 5am and tt mean we woke up at 4am!!! We reached Hong Kong at abt 12pm, check in to our mini size hotel, unpacked and left for Victoria Peak.
Basically Hong Kong is very accessible by MTR, throughout our whole journey MTR was our main transport.

After the wax museum, we went up the highest of the peak to view Hong Kong’s night scenery. During our airport transfer the guide say tt Hong Kong spend HKD 3 million per night on the lighting.

Day 7 of our trip, we are still in Taipei. I actually forgotten we went to 故宫 on Day 6 or Day 7. Becos 故宫does not allowed anyone to take pictures. Basically its a place where all the antique from the palace is being exhibited.
Our trip included 中正纪念堂 and shopping ard Ximenting. This was the day we went to buy a extra luggage. Heehee…
As the night before we went to Ximenting to shop hence we decided to head down to 新光三月百货. We took 捷運 from Ximenting to 新光三月百货. Singaporean got lots to learn. Pple queue when train arrive. Pple allow passenger to alight before boarding the train. Pple dont cut queue on the escalator. Shame on Singaporean.

This year all the holiday are long weekend!!! Im already starting to plan my holiday. I think I have no choice to give up Tibet as neither HB nor my health condition can take the harsh weather condition in Tibet.
Yesterday was telling HB that we can plan a holiday to Thailand for Songkran festival in April. HB isnt keen for Thailand as he is worried abt the political stability. This morning news was at his side, Thailand is suffering from cold current, the degree drop till 4 degree celcius.
Im a great believe or Karma. Last time HB alway ask me whether I would like to go for holiday at Bangkok(fully paid by him!!!) and I alway reject him. Now its my turn!!! What goes ard comes ard…… >.<”‘
So our next choice is Hong Kong. Tracy we are finally going to Hong Kong!!!! Hahaha!!!
All of the above are subjected to confirmation in 1-2 mths time. Maybe, maybe HB will change his mind!!!!
Finally Day 6 we are back to Taipei. Morning we went to a DIY Tomatoes Farm. Okay we didnt pluck anything. I was rather disappointed. Guess have to accept it as fruits harvest have season, maybe we just not in the right season.
In the afternoon we proceed to Chiang Kai Shek beautiful home. We walk ard his place, took some shots and continue to hear his history.

We saw a piggy there. The local keep pig as pet.
In the evening we proceed to Taipei 101. The highest building in Taiwan. Basically its a high end shopping mall, mostly branded boutique. We went to try our luck on LV. Apparently its slightly more expensive than Singapore. But Gucci is cheaper.
Night time shopping was 五分埔夜市. Nevertheless its SHOPPING TIME!!!!
PS: I forgot to mention in my day 5 entries that we went to 逢甲夜市. Things are really cheap!!! I bought a pair of boots at only 590NT. We found really nice game in 夜市. HB went for the archery game at only 100NT. Last time SG have it too but it had min age requirement and way too expensive…..

I didnt really play the rides as I have learnt a very good lesson when I went to Sunway Lagoon manyy years ago. I sprained my neck during a roller coaster ride and it was the first stop of my holiday. I had to continued the rest of my holiday with a sprained neck….

The host introduce 9 aborigine tribes but I only remember 1 which is A Mei Tribe.
This is A Mei tribe. Those lady on the stage who wore red are the ones who live more inland and the lady who wore white are the ones who live nearer the sea.

日月潭 is the largest lake in Taiwan, they also call it the Pearl of central Taiwan. I heard from the tour guide that after the 911 earthquake, the sun moon lake become only 80% of its original size. There used to a tribe of 原住民, who stay in the middle of sun moon lake. After the 911 earthquake, only less than 10% of their pple remain. They are now classified as endangered tribe and protected by government of Taiwan.
文武庙 was built in 1938, and rebuilt in 1969. Why name as 文武庙? Because pple worship 孔子(文) and 关羽(武) and 岳飞 in this temple.

We did some praying and also lighted the candles for my 2 sisters who are still schooling. Let hope Confucius will “bo bi” the 2 of them having great results for examination. Esp the youngest one!!!
